1. Who we are

JobsFinder (operated at remotejobs-finder.com) is a career-assistance service. We help you find remote job openings that match your profile, prepare tailored CVs and cover letters, and submit applications to employers on your behalf. 2. What JobsFinder is — and is not

JobsFinder is an application-assistance tool. We are not a recruiter, staffing agency, or employer, and we are not affiliated with the companies whose job postings appear in the service. Job listings are collected from public job boards and employer career sites and may change or close without notice.

No employment or income guarantee. We do not and cannot guarantee that you will receive interviews, job offers, employment, or any particular salary. Any salary figures shown in the product are estimates based on public market data and your questionnaire answers — they are illustrations, not promises or offers.

3. Subscriptions and billing

JobsFinder is a paid subscription. Prices, billing intervals, and any trial terms are shown clearly at checkout before you pay. Subscriptions renew automatically at the interval shown until canceled. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never store your full card details.

Canceling: you can cancel any time from the Membership page in your account, or by emailing support. Cancellation stops all future charges; your access continues until the end of the period you already paid for.

Refunds: if something went wrong — you were charged in error, or the service materially failed to do what it says — contact support and we will review promptly and refund where appropriate.

4. Your responsibilities

You agree that the information you give us (work history, education, skills, contact details) is accurate — it is used on real job applications submitted in your name. You authorize JobsFinder to prepare and submit applications to employers on your behalf, using the CV and details you have provided and approved.

5. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service: no false identities, no fraudulent applications, no attempts to access other users' data or to disrupt the platform. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

6. Liability

The service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. We are not liable for the actions or decisions of employers, job boards, or other third parties.

7. Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves; material changes will be announced in the app or by email. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
